That's bad luck, always sorry to here that, hope you are ok.
 Get what you can out of their insurance pal, if the shoe was on the other foot and you were blamed, you'd be public enemy No. 1 and you would probably get nailed by local plod.
Hope the bike is not too bad, take it easy  :icon_thumright:

Really sorry to hear that mate, and hope your ok.  Arse not hurting too much.

The main thing is that you walked (hobbled) away and tell the tale.....feckin dozey cage driver.

Wish you a speedy recovery and an even speedier insurance payout!!!!  With the injury claim.....could be a new 1198 ;-)

It took a day or so for the whiplash to take effect on me when I got taken out back last summer.  Hope all is well for you .
