Drop a tooth off the front sprocket, fit a quick-action throttle, or throttle insert, and watch the bike come alive.

I fitted a Rifleman's insert into the ZX10R and an Active full qa throttle on the ZX6R.  The Riflemans just involved using a Dremel on the handlebar housing, to eliminate a rib inside, that fouls due to the increase in size.  I've heard that some people have to cut off part of the cable adjusters but mine went straight on.  The full qa throttle is more involved, the tank and airbox need removing, to swap the cables on the throttle assembly, but it's still a simple enough job.

Standard suspension is OK and can be adjusted to suit rider/riding which makes a difference (more feel)
