ther joys of having a towbar as I bet if inflicted quite some damge on the other car though 

I see similar every day and it's scarey, everyone wanting to get past the car in front but the days of finding a free stretch in front are long gone 

The lorries scare me running in slipstreams about 5 feet  apart

the only problem is that you have to check it hasnt bent the chassis

would have to be one hell of a whack to bend the sub frame where the tow bar is fitted...likely would be more than just tow bar involved...but its worth checking for insurance purposes...
