You have to be young and stupid first to be old and wise I am finding this out. A lesson has been learnt today.

Bike being estimated today. Also new leathers and lid needed but at least i'm ok

sorry to hear the news but on the good side you crashed in the right place (i mean at a track day) always worst when on the road.
did you have all your road kit on, lights mirrors ect?

been there done that but on a zx7r at about 110mph....apparently i did 7 somersaults as I hit the concrete kerb which threw me into the air and away i went...i just stayed tucked up on the premise that if I stuck out a limb it would get broken so I kept them in....
