mayb his toeslider dug in to much and it pulled his foot of the peg. Didn't look very nice could have hurt alot.

I'm thinking similar, 'cept it looks like his foot was moved on the peg by the contact twixt toeslider and tarmac and when he went to move back onto the sat with his foot it slipped off.
