no pre-production edits as a it was a live show!

no,it was pre-recorded.

 :iamwithstupid: definitely pre-recorded

Just wondered what everyone else thinks on this?

I think JR is very funny although very close to the mark sometimes. But think that this time has gone too far.

As for RB I have never liked the guy.

Trouble is that they will probably end up making more out of this than they will loose.

Overpaid, talentless juvenille baffoons.

Dislike either intensely - rarely funny, regularly irritating.  Humiliation is not humour.

Have to be honest and say this whole thing has wound me up!

As far as I am concerned, its the people that listen to the show that count.  Not the thousands of people that jump on the bandwagon afterwards.  Blimey...I could take offence to thousands of programs/shows aired over the years but I'm not going to start complaining about them.  What I also find very annoying, is that how come you can complain but not support.  If 30,000 people complain, but you can get 100,000 people who support the show and its presenters/guests.  What happens then?   More people don't care than care, or feel that perhaps being close to the mark is what makes these people popular and entertaining.

Personally I really like Russell Brand...hes brilliant.   I have all of his live stand up shows on my iPod and they make me laugh out loud everytime I listen to them.  For those of you that say you don't find him funny, I would recommend listening to his shows.  His TV stuff is funny, but not in the same league of funny as his shows.

At some point, the BBC should be responsible for its actions and in this case, more people feel its been over the top than justified.  Its an absolute disgrace that a company that is supposedly providing us with a service paid for by us, acts for the minority and not the majority.  Positive discrimination in my book.   If they do that, I am wouldnt be surprised to be hearing to Immigrant FM hosted by the BBC.

I hope Channel 4 TV, or some commercial radio stations snap Russell up, and JR next year when his contract is due to be renewed.  Then the BBC ratings will fall and will be poetic justice.

The BBC, another public service company run by fucking muppets who have absolutely no grip of reality or what people actually want!

They do some sort of weird calculation to work out how many of the viewers/listeners would have complained, they assume someting like 0.5% of the people offended would complain so take that figure from the expected ratings and see what sort of percentage it is.  Not exactly fair or impartial but there you go.  Also i dont see how they can count the number of people who jumped on the band wagon to complain into this equation cause how do you know if they watched/listened to it or not, i have said it once and i will say it again BBC BASTARDS
