I got a cheap quote from quinne for a friend 18 just past test on a 1.6 astra for 1200 quid .... thought it was good to me....

I always get the performance car mags like max power they have loadsa advertisements for insurance in the back for young drivers .... try adrian flux too as they always was good for me when I was younger  :icon_thumright:

Thanks guys, will look at them in a bit more detail. From what I can see even if they do raise the price when he has past his test the overall years cost will still be cheaper :icon_thumleft:

Yeah I can recommend Quinn too. They were by far the best when Sharon moved over here from South Africa and had zero NCB and they insured her on the T5R for a modest fee  :icon_thumright:

they're prob Ok.

I don't like them though......... reason being that I took my company car no claims to them and all was good, then after a year they told me that the 1 year no claim with them overwrote the years of no claims as a company car driver in effect meaning that adter 20 years of motoring with no claims I went back to one year , one word and it begins with To and ends in ssers  [wall]
