what year is this 636

A friend of mine is looking at buying a 636, this one is advertised as a 2007 but i thik its an 05 model, can anyone please clarify this.

Got to agree, deffo not an 07, 05 - 06 looks more like it.  Good bike though.

yep its an 05 model, looks clean. Great bike comes with slipper clutch, fairly quick ,easy to ride. Cant go wrong really but there dropping like a stone in value at the minute as the looks are not quite R6/GSXR

Was the 05 available in black?  It looks like an 06 C6F to me.

well spotted man, i worked it out by looking at the wiki jsut before you answered byt couldnt be 100% sure, thanks for your reply and have a pony on me  :icon_thumright:

well, i drove about 2 hours yesterday to go and see this bike for my friend to check out its worthyness for him.  I got to the place and the bastards had sold it half an hour before i got there.

So no big deal we found another one to visit today which had less km and a full arrow exhaust system on it, just called them and some bastard bought it yesterday afternoon, who the hell is buying up all the damned black 636's in holland??.

anyway i took a good look at the bike which hadnt been picked up yet and to be fully honest and a little bit strangely it kind of looks like a fat 10r bit the wrong way around if u ask me.

Well that friend would be me, I drove 3,5 hours to get home (near the bike place) which normally takes about an hour. I had to hear the story of the sold bike over the phone in traffic jam it made me even more mad....
