URGENT INFORMATION REQUIRED ON LASER SPEED DEVICE SL 700.

Hi Guys,
 Just have a week or so until my court case, but my solicitor doesnt seem to be too helpfull or optimistic. :dontknow:
 I urgently need information regarding the use of Laser device "SL 700". The police have provided a statment saying two police officers tested the device at the start and the end of the day, but no mention of a calibration certificate.
I need to know DOES THIS DEVICE REQUIRE A DAILY CERTICICATE? Please only reply if you are certain of your reply.

get on www.pepipoo.com. its THE place for info on it. SOme of the devices need a daily and some don't but I think its more "how" they are calibrated that matters and that they can show that they have been trained correctly to do so. Also get a lawyer who is a specialist in this area - there are plenty on there

It says accurate to +/- 1mph at a range of 10 to 700mts so I guess you may of been slightly outside of that threshold. But if not then its a start.

Thanks for the information and encouragement.
O shit. Just found out Ive hired a Conveyancing Lawyer to defend me :cry:, and reading his recommendations they may as well hang me now [wall]

I don't have much time to get a replacement, so I best get on the case right away :icon_thumright:
