number plate law

as the law is changing on 1st october, does anybody know  or what the fine/ points will be for a small number plate.

Surely they can't give us points for a small plate... what ever fucking next. why don't they worry more about people getting stabbed than fucking number plate sizes! soon I won't be able to have a wank with out being fined!  :angry5:
