It turns out loads of the thieving bastards that stick fines to your windscreen are working here illegally.

plus the fact that they can now issue parking fines if cctv catch you parking on double yellows

ohh thats just brilliant, that means theres gonna be a bunch of indian and pakistani bastards sitting in call centre style building half way round the world fining alost every motorist in the uk and not paying tax in return(i have no problem with indians or pakistanis btw but traffic wardens dont get me started!!!)
