shotters past remains a mystery to all. It is believed that he exist as a lifeforce brought together by the souls of past champions. Charged with the mission to quell the apparent infestation of the "UNWORTHY", shotter seeks only to punish. Unforgiving to combatants who earn his attention, merciless to opponents who incur his wrath.
