Hi Ya

Thought I would join the forum due to  my pending aquisition of a ZX10.  Would like to know if there are known issues to look out for on an 04/05 model.  Just put my Gixer back to standard and once that is gone I will be shopping for the beast, bring it on.  :hello2:

only 2 issues mate

1 was a recall on the front wheel but if you get one now you will probably be ok... the other was some models got some vibrations that was cause buy the front screen fairing the fix was to put some rubber bungs on the fixings for the screen... not all 04/05s had this just a few... if you search the mcn website forum there are a few post about this.... I for one have an 04 and have never had this problem....

this bike is awesome and of you get a minter you are on for a winner....  :icon_thumright: :icon_thumright:

10Rs are seriously wicked bikes and i have had NO problems with my 05 which has got 11k on the clock!
