Yeah, really pissed off the operator when we used to ask for him too, although it didn't help when I repeated the words "shitty shit" down the phone when refused, mum weren't too pleased.

Anyway, just got a Sony Ericsson W580i with O2 with 600 mins and 500 texts a month plus a free nintendo Wii, not bad, only thirty sobs a month.
