but that doesn't effect bike's, it's just a bored MP making it look like he works.............remember the talk about number plates on front off bikes? where's that now?

yeah I hear ya buddy but road taxing is only a few steps behind congestion charging and will affect all vehicles we'll all end up with little black boxes an d automatic speeding tickets on the door every ride out we go out on  :cry:

 [rofl] [rofl]  that sounds like a load of bollox for all vehicles to be registered i.e. m-x bikes too. Have to admit that an ownership cert would be useful for an m-x bike though
