i'm back....

well back from hospital...one operation down, likely one or two more to go... nerve C7 not working so they have routed nerves from my shrug mechanism to my quads and suprascapular i think...anyway now its 6 weeks trussed up....bastards didnt tell me about a neck brace for 6 weeks...ho hum two days done one or two more to go...

come on nerves get growing...1mm a day

at least most things are sounding fairly positive for ya now, good news matey and anyway its too bloody hot to ride so you aint missing nothing.

yes but i am no longer in pain (relative) and have started to sleep..all looking good...and we signed a very big deal at work....things are great....in 6 months I should be really good again...
