Ok, in order...
The reason the shock looks a bit strange is, I think, the "overengineered" bracket for the remote preload adjuster, and the reservoir which is at right angles to the stock unit. The hose is too short to reach the rear pegs so a mate knocked this up for me. On the 7 the adjuster sat on the other side of the reservoir but there isn't room on the 10. I think I'll get a softer spring fitted over the winter, I can just about get the static and rider sag set OK but the preload is wound almost completely off. Damping is miles better than standard as you'd expect from WP.

As for the stomp grips, no I didn't think I needed more grip but now I'm a convert. It's like mobile phones. 10 years ago they were rare, but once you get one you can't live without it. I do think they look OK as well but then I like it a bit rough and ready
