So the real questions is, which weights are gonna be best for me? Obviously i would prefer too heavy than too light so 20kgs a side do ok you lot reckon??


As been said 20kg a side is way too much,go to a local sports shop...JB sports and buy there stuff,get various weights 2.5kg,5kg.7.5kg and 10kg[all times 2],get yourself 2 or 1 1" dumbells and give that a crack!!  :icon_thumright:

Cheers yogi you're probably right! I'll go check out at least how much i can handle in a shop first. Good thinking batman!  :headbang:
