Bugger me it twitches...
« on: July 15, 2008, 12:47:00 PM »

in physio today and my bicep is twitching when i try to lift it...this is apparently the best news ever as it means the nerve still has a link and that my the pressure or damage is at last releasing or healing and I will have at least one of the three muscle groups working again soon...lets hope the others follow suit...

I dont think i have been more moved than when my first son was born...

first signs of recovery mate good one i know the feeling......when my arm started to twitch its a great sense of relief knowing that its coming back to you......might sound stupid but i woke up one mornin about a month after my smash and thought fook me it feels like my arm belongs to me again ......keep your chin up bud its a long hard road but you will get ther.....the surgeon told me he was 90% sure that he would have to take my arm off on the night of the smash....woke the next mornin and result it was still ther....they then said i would never work again as the arm was to badly damaged....i was back on a oil rig 11 month later and also rode a blade up and down the street after 10 month......so morale of the story is its all down to ur will to make it work mate keep up the good work
