Good for you fella. I went through chest surgery a few years ago that cut some of the nerves to my left arm. It still doesn't totally feel like my own, and I absolutely hate it. The top of my arm always feels cold and partially numb. Am also quite a bit weaker on that side too. Doesn't stop me thrashing the crap out of the bike though, just makes me more determined  :headbang:

There's nothing like that first time when it feels like everything is coming into place  :icon_thumright:

I remember feeling the same when I took my first steps after breaking my back.

It's all hard work and determination to get it back to the best it can be but it's worth it in the end  :icon_thumright:

thanks everyone, as always done too much and really suffered today but arm is exactly as you say starting to feel as if it is mine again...still not working or doing anything other than twitching but I am hopeful...
