Just take a couple of extra roids and you can miss the gym ;)

Morning all  :hello2:

Glad to see the weather is back to normal  :crybaby2:

We've had a week of it being in the high twenties in Scotland, I'm more tanned than I've ever been before and got some cracking pics  :headbang:

We managed a fair few miles on the bikes thankfully and I'm now trying to get ready for Rockingham on Saturday...

Can we all keep our fingers crossed for good weather please?  :lol:
