well myslef and Jay went along to the local cinema tonight to see a showing of the recent Foo Fighters concert from Wembley a couple of weeks ago.

I wasn't really sure of what to expect in that it'd be sort of no atmosphere and too quiet etc

Anyhow the footage was great sound was great, atmosphere was nil but it was really good and I enjoyed every minute of it, can't wait to get the DVD when it's released 

hat's off to the whole band but Taylor Hawkins was fantastic in his drum solo 

great to see Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones on stage too 


fekk me the Foo Fighters remain as one of my favourite bands in recent years

I went the other friday, and to be honest it was distinctly average... drum solo was terriffic though

yes there was little crowd interaction but at the cinema that's fine by me 

still reckon they remain as a top top band and the fella (Dave Grohl) is a leg-end
