what on earth is this country coming to

Heard this on the local news today  [wall] [wall]

surely we need to work better and effectively at recycling centres where people can recycle items i.e. take and re-use from local council run 'tips' as I know them as.

What a waste of money (police time, solicitor etc and of course well arrghhhhhhhhh) and maybe reference from the council to say that they will look at using the staff who mostly sit around to try to encourage people to take some of the 'waste' away for re-use.

It boils my piss  :boxing:

As to the story - what a load of shite.
There's probably more to it (the person who reported the 'crime' was probably beaten to the free chairs).
