just an update. Still no show on the rearsets, so got advice from Trading standards. They advised me that as emoto took payment from my bank account on may 2nd, a reasonable period of time has elapsed ( ie 30 day period from payment) therefore they are deemed to be " in breech of contract" I was advised to send them a recorded delivery letter stating these facts, quoting a trading standards reference number logging the complaint. They have 30 days to either deliver said goods or provide me a full refund. Posted that letter at 2 pm this afty then... Fook me!!!... at 3.30 gets my first phone call off the bastards in 2 months..." Sorry about the wait, we,ve had delivery problems, be with you tommorrow" shame they didn,t have the courtesy to make that call 3-4 weeks ago
