How on earth can someone be awarded damages caused by 'injury to feelings'  and then there's the court costs, how are they paid    with our taxes 


This escapes me and no doubt will soon come along to forums too where people are hurt by comments from others, this is unacceptable to me and for one I like a bit of banter but it looks to me that this country is completely in the gutter if an honest question can cause 'injury to feelings' in this way. More work for people like G who is already giving us more than enough here to safeguard us all with 'smallprint' in the terms at some point no doubt.

Well I thought I'd share this not from an ethnic angle at all as it might at first appear. To me everyone is to be treated in the same way but this beggars belief to me
