after a hell day yesterday been good today...so got on the quad and had a go...only 25 yards up the street but I did it and was fine...am getting better..energy levels improving and the pain slowly going...going to go to one of our dances tonight and be on the door...take the money...am going to be knackered but happy...will suffer tomorrow but who cares I have to get things moving, one good day one bad day..that seems to be the way of it for now...

well the doctor reckons get as much excercise as I can...

well so  far with the groin injury i can walk slowly, but its going to be while before I can dance,

but I am getting my head back and my drive and energy levels are growing fast...just need to get back to work asap...without the plaster on my left arm it is as good as useless..cant pull or pick up anything but as i say each day it will get easier and it does..

yes improving by the day...still completely fooked and cant work but I have done a half day last week,  three days of doctors and hospitals next week but arm showing no signs of improvement yet....another month to go before any decisions on more ops though...

just about starting to feel alive now though, sleep coiming slowly although never for more than 2 hours...but that is improving the past couple of days...

last cast off on wednesday I hope then it will be all guns blazing to get myself water fit then dancing fit then road fit...roll on a pain free future...biggest issue is the torn neck tendons which cuse me real trouble, no neck movement no talking...slowly improving but will be another 6 weeks they reckon before I am comfortable....

but overall feeling good with myself and not so depressed any more...

Glad to hear you are on the mend   My mate had a real bad one about a year ago he thought he was going to loose his arm but a year later it is slowly getting stronger and stronger. It all takes time but if you put the effort like you are then anything is poss. Keep your chin up mate
