A female dwarf goes to her Doctor, complaining of a sore fanny.
The Doctor asks her to walk around the Surgery a few times.
"Hmm...", he says. He then goes to his desk and gets a pair of scissors.
He bends down in front of the dwarf, & snips away.
Snip, snip, snip.
He then asks her to walk about again.
"Any better?" he asks
"That's fantastic!" she says, "what did you do?"

"Cut 2 inches off the top of your wellies."
