Collar felt...
« on: June 11, 2008, 09:50:52 PM »

So there we were congratulating ourselves on once more getting away from the hordes of police at Oakdene and heading off for home when unfortunately Jamie on his gixer approaches a roundabout at slightly more than warp speed with a non baffled racefit mega on.  Christ you could hear it from 3 miles away. I had a premonition that there may be a nice officer there so was being very sensible and it wasn't until I got to the roundabout that it all went wrong and instead of braking I shot across a little tooooo fast.  B4 you could say Jack **** he was on our tail, cos we had both backed off cos theres always one down at the next pub.  Sooooooo he goes by me and pulls by Jay with his siren going and lots of pointing, I tried to sneak by on the offside and a great big arm and finger came out and nabbed me too.  However, after a bit of light hearted banter and arguing about lines and corners, loud pipes, knackered tyres, loud pipes again, my plate which is the right size but has the corners knocked off cos of the original 06 cans and I never replaced it when I put the racefit on, loud pipes (did I mention the loud pipes?) we are told to slow it down put baffles in and fuck off home for the night.  Nicest Police Officer I ever came across considering he could have really had us.  So there are some reasonable ones out there.

at the end of the day they are blokes too so it's good to hear that you were only warned  :headbang: , unlike my lad who got a parking ticket for parking in an area where pushbikes can lock up in Chester, motorbikes have parked there for as long as I can remember and it's safe but apparently you can't park there else get a tciket, what a load of she ite.......  [wall]
