I wore mine in trying to take Graham Hill bend at a little over 80mph.   That also wears the side of the bike in too. :-S

I tried wearing mine out on the bike but my knees are knackered and it hurt em too much :crybaby2:
So I had to wear them in a bit before I could stand wearing them for longer than getting to the end of the road :-)

I'm just made a bit wrong .... my knee caps had a bad habbit of dis-locating, right one done it about 30 times and left one about 20 times!!!  so it kind of knacker's your knees up!  Fingers crossed they havent done it for a bit  :icon_thumright:

I wore mines in by just going on the bike, brand new when I got to Cartagena in Feb and covered in bloody oil by the third day carrying my wheels down to the tyre guy  :lol:
