Hey mate....really sorry not been on here much over the last few weeks...works been manic and hardly had time to shit...but anyway..

Hope your doing well and your healing quickly....but I am sure the mental healing will take longer than anything.  But you made of strong stuff so its just a matter of time and thats a good thing, that you in fact have the time to get better!

Tell you what...your garage sale will be the an MCN Auction ;-)

Was only a quick note to say hey.

Regards

yep the zx7 is going up for sale.....as will be the R1 and the 600 bandit, then I have to think about the oldies..not 100 percent sure about when they will go...am assuming I will just get cash for the 10...and  hopefully a little bit of compensation  for the inconvenience etc...

Shit man, you've spent so much time getting your collection up, and now....

well its 5,35 in the morning, i have slep the best sleep so far, at least 5 hours, feel good and will likely go back for another couple of hours....neck pain still the killer issue...moment I swallow or talk or move it then the spasms start a few minutes afterwards and build until my whole arm and back are in cramp and i cant breathe or think or find comfort, or so i thought....

What i have found is that if i keep my non working arm and shoulder warm they dont cramp up so easily and this reduces the neck spasms and makes for a more comfortable situation...still cant get rid of the feeling of dred and doom and gloom some times and i do get sharp spasms in my arm bicep like just and these are making me think  ( i hope not falsely) that there is still life in the arm yet and that it will heal....

I am also being positive about the fact that the bicep and quadraceps may never work and i will  just have to live with it...neither option is the end of the world and I will just have to hope on medecine finding some solution in the coming years...

hospital today...

some good some bad

Good is that the op has shown minimal damage to the nerves outside of the spinal column...bad news is that they are therefore damaged near to the root....this may or may not repair...time will tell..

If in 2 - 3 months there are no signs of improvement however then they will operate again and attache new nerves to my biceps and quads and give me some additional function, not full function, just the ability to lift sperate and perfrom personal service in the privacy of my own room...(actually was getting used to my left arm but wouldnt mind going back to being right handed)

But the trip to hsopital has deceked me completely..even talking now completely out...got to take some new drugs for the spasms as they are not related to the operations and have been missed by the teams thus far...and that is now my major pain...stops me from eating and talking..although this no energy thing is really annoying too..

at last, is now getting harder to stay awake at night than stay asleep,  even though the pain is present in almost all sleeping positins, the only one I cant crack is lying flat on my back, just kills my neck, so for now its all sorts of weird and wonderful positions until my neck is stronger and less bruised...but definitely getting better at this sleep lark...

will be sleeping for plus 5 hours next...reckon I have slept intermittently for 5 hours last night..once I hit 6 and 7 hours I WILL BE HAPPY..WELL HAPPY...
