thanks guys...well woke up after a fitfull but much longer sleep last night...only soend about an hour and a half wandering about the house unable to sleep so getting better...bruising less painful and arms getting fed up of the casts...need them off and soon.

But oversll looks like today will be a good day..just going to take it damn easy and not get out fiddling.

an you believe this..the salvage company who represent the insurance company say they cannot move the bike out of the garage so i have to move it outside before they will take it away....fooking idiots...one parlaysed arm and one broken arm and i have to move it fooking pure idiots...

Now that seems to be the mentality of our society today.

I wonder if you report that back to the legal boffins if they could add mental anguish to the claim for just pointing out how disabling the injuries caused by the other party really are and therefore affecting your progress.

Take it easy though dude, don't rush back to full fitness,  steady progression is the way.  It sounds like a long time but you will soon see that the milestones will come and go and hopefully you'll be back to full fitness  and think to yourself  "ah, twasn't that long"

funny you should say that hammy, am looking at those buggy things for local pottering...my quad is 3 years old this month so will be used primarily for playing with from now on not for road use....so am lookingat one of those 500 cc buggy things for a laugh...

yep the zx7 is going up for sale.....as will be the R1 and the 600 bandit, then I have to think about the oldies..not 100 percent sure about when they will go...am assuming I will just get cash for the 10...and  hopefully a little bit of compensation  for the inconvenience etc...
