Jon will if you throw enough money at him but he won't be a happy chappy. His philosophy is only to better the bike. He says that twin growlers for the 06 doesn't so he won't. He has made an underbelly like the 06 GP bike and will make a version of the cats as a twin exit under the belly as well but they are both VERY loud.
