it doesn't need to be stamped to be road legal.... all it needs to not be stamp with is not for road use.... I am not sure but I don;t think racefit stamp anything on there cans
that is a stubby and they do a carbon sleeve(growler) ... Horse off here might be able to get you in contact with them so feel free to PM him... he practically lives at racefit

other than that there isn;t really any road legal stubby cans ... what you will need to do is choose your favourite can and then cut it down.... I have done this so has many others its an easy process as long as you can use a hack saw a drill and a rivett tool
