they arn;t all lunatics like that buddy , normally the safest place for a bike ... your only a danger to yourself really ..... only the really unlucky get knocked off and the complete twats knock other people off

TBH far less to go wrong on a track day than the unpredictability that is riding on the road with moronic cage drivers on mobile phones out to get you!!

Just had something similar done to me at Croft yesterday.

Looks scary on video but it's nowt compared to real life - I shit myself 

It knocks your confidence a bit too - took me another 2 sessions to stop tensing up entering every corner !

What the Feck was he thinking about? Its plebs like him that puts innocent trackday riders in Hospital

I saw it happen last year at Donnington on the last session, 2 guys giving loads racing each other, then some poor guy on a Ginxer7 got taken out my some monkey into McCleans when he lost the front on the brakes

The ironic thing is that the track is still the safest place

I like to think ( ) that I'm quite quick and am up for it on a track day, but I always try to give a little respect cos we all got to get home at the end of it.
If I see people that look a little too desperate, I give em a wide birth....

There is always one numpty on every trackday, and I usually meet them 

Not sure if its just coz I'm a girl, but they seem to do death defying dives in front of me into the bends, then go off wide at the exit where I just ride past them again 

Even my mate hates me passing him and ends up doing stupid moves on me, but I've threatened him now, if he knocks me off he gets a kicking and has to pay for the damage

That was a bit too close for comfort. Track defo safest place for going balls out although you have to give some respect to other people and still ride within your limits. If you want to bash elbows take up club racing and those boys will soon put you in your place

More girls should ride on track, it's great to have them along. My sister is pretty fast on her GSXR750 and can dish it out in the intermediate group when the mood takes her....She's only told me of one guy that threw it into the grass while trying (and obviously failing!) to overtake her
