So now sellers can't leave Negative or Neutral feedback for buyers!! What a crock of shite.

What is the point of that? So buyers can fuck sellers right up now and have nothing to worry about.

But the % of feedback will only be based over the last 12 month period, so that your not tarred with it for all of your ebay career.

yes, a load of shit and I'd say that it's driven by an overall crpa process.

for example if you buy something and it turns out to be crap often what happens is that the seller doesn't leave feedback until the buyer does, well from my experiences, this means that the negative and neutral isn't used effectively in my opinion.

I reckon they should have,
ensured that once sellers were paid (most sales are paypal paid) that feedback had to be left within a set period e.g 48 hours  (but with a fixed end date in case they didn't post, feeding a default perhaps) and that this would be a pre-requisite for the buyer to then be enabled to post  their return feedback  

aye difficult to post but it's bloody better than the crap they've dreampt up

also, you should be able to select the neutrals and negatives of a seller rather than have to trawl through loads of feedback to get an opinion, fucking rubbish.

I have a feeling that they are going to float Ebay and Paypal on the market and see what they can get for it very soon.

If not both together then at least Paypal, but they will do so as a commercial bank.
