My D.I.Y Stubbies
« on: May 14, 2008, 08:44:10 PM »

One weekend I looked at my bike and thought to myself it would look and sound better with smaller exhausts so I ordered some baffles from eBay ($95 from www.AandRmotorsports.com) They came, and I got busy with the hacksaw as you can see. I have basically cut them in half. Then cut the baffles to size last thing was to cut down the heat shields and shape them then paint them. What do you think?

Not keen to be honest ... but Kawasaki was never great at making there standard exhaust look any good.....

reckon the Arrow cans are the best I have seen followed by the racefit single side

then the akky's

if I had one though I would go to zorstec and ask them to single side me an exhaust with a 60mm outlet so I could put a side side Akky on  B-)

Hindsight is a nasty thing G - been scouring the classifieds for an 04/05 that's nice enough for me to get out of the Tuono for ( then I think I will finally be happy  [whistle] ) - seems to be shit loads of Ti ones but VERY few black ( or even green if I get desperate LOL )  [wall] [wall]
