GPZ600 i owned of of these 15 years ago , i sold it and bought an rgv 250 , bikeing is about having fun ,not what has the fastest top speed , i had much more fun on the the rgv

i would love one , just cant afford it at the moment, dont get me wrong i think the zx10 is a fantastic bike i,m sure i could have some fun on,

I was just pulling ya plonker fella....

just that everyone rips the shit out of the ten because it aint really that great a bike.... i.e doesn't do much in bsb/wsb and not very great off the shelf....


But it is fooking FUN right up your street mate

at the end of the day none of us can ride like the bsb guys , so what happens in bsb is not much to go by

Not disagreeing with the fun part, however   i wasn't comparing it to an RGV 250.  The small bore 250 smokers are still great fun but people look back at things like the rd400, nsr and rgv500 with a certain reverance , yet comapred to a modern 600 they are shite

i agree , mainly because the frame and suspension is crap but with some high maintenence the engines can be good , i,m in the middle of putting a ns400 bored to 496 into a modern frame , i have a nsr250 at the moment ,great fun on twistys , shite on fast bits, also ride a r6 , but there is still this 2stroke part of me from my younger days , theres nothing like campaining a 2 stroke against the modern 4 strokes of today , i did it on the cat and fiddle this afternoon ,
