This could be your lucky day,i have had a look and carn`t find it either...................so here is what i would do,go and get your self a good solicitor and see if it is corect and hope that the copper has made a mistake because if some thing is wrong on the paper work you could get of with it......................... :icon_thumright: :icon_thumright:

it's not on there anywhere,sso you might be lucky,but then again might not,and if it goes to magistrates then they might give more for trying to get away with it?

If you get a good brief then its is quite possible that you would get away with it on the fact that they have made an error ... ( if they have)

think you will find the sp50 is a conviction code the dvla and the courts use the offence code that plod use is difrent

The Offence code section as someone already said is for plods use. That code will not tally up to what is put on your licence. Each different area for plod use different codes im afraid, phone up the plod in the area you received the ticket and they should tell you what it is.

YOu should think yourself lucky too, as at 20mph over the limit average to only get 3 points and 60 quid, you got off lightly (Rather than 6 points).
