I been out the game too long fella :-( wouldn't like to recommend anything... other than do the usual internet searches and research more than 3 or four places.... see if you can visit the smaller local places as they are more like to be able to discount as the big place usually have set prices...

prize a few way from the wall soak it n tell the insurance folk the walls damp n let the insurance pay for it n if theres any left over treat the bikev to something shiny :icon_thumleft:

well it was a bit shite in there and we decided not to sell the house afterall so as we are staying we've decided to spruce the place up a bit, on the cheap i.e. with me doing it all with her  :dontknow:  I can't complain with all that I've had in the last couple fo years though  :emb:

i wish i could help...but my tile suppliers are too far away...remember to keep the grout lines tight.. :occasion14:
