i need some feedback from you trackday/racers

ok what brake fluid do you use?
how often do you change it?
just want to know as i can now get a full range of castrol and silkolene oils
just want to know if its worth me stocking castrol srf brake fluid and silkolene pro race?
i always use top fluids but i never get asked for any just wondered why?

easier to pick it up from my local shop and I don't have to wait for delivery  :dontknow:

and i'd probably get it cheaper from them too

Ive used Castrol SRF and Motul

The SRF stuff is the best and dont need changing as often as lower priced fluids.

will check ... last time I bought I just got halfords though cause like I say it was easier .....

but will check what my mate's shop will sell it at  :icon_thumleft:

i gues if it came from halfords its just normal brake fluid not the top stuff for race use.

yeah last time I bought twas just a quick fix  :dontknow: but the point I am trying to make that the money I save if at all buying from you ..... I will lose on postage....

at the end of the day fluids aint that expensive and its just not something i'll waste my time buying mail order

i've got the srf in mine at the mo,but only because it was alreday in there when i got the bike.when my fluid needs changing will be going for the usuall dot 5.1 and see if i can tell any/much difference.i'm no racer so not sure if the benefit will justify the cost tbh  :icon_thumleft:

i dont use dot 5.1 as it has a lower boiling point than a dot 4 race fluid.

change mine every 3-4 track days. use 5.1 at the mo but would like to try some castrol if it's cheap  :lol:
