Paddy was had a serious accident in his car. He woke up in Hospital and the Doctor said, "Paddy, I have some good news and some bad news for you, the bad news is you needed 5 pints of blood so we gave you 4 pints of African blood and 1 pint of Pakistani blood" Paddy screams "Ohh be Jeeesus , what the fooks the good news then" The Doctor replies, "Well your cock is 8 inches longer and you are now top of the housing list!"
