At last good service
« on: May 01, 2008, 10:49:43 AM »

Just wanted to recommend Hein Gerike for their service.

Phoned them up a few weeks ago to enquire about the new Alpinestars Supertech R boots and was told they did not have them in yet, but would ring me when they did.....yea right I thought.

Sure enough on Monday I got a call to say they had them in so on Tuesday I rang to order. I wanted them on the 10 month 0% deal but the girl recommended ordering them from my nearest shop (Northampton) as I would get them quicker.

Yesterday (Wed) I went in and ordered them........First thing this morning they arrived :icon_thumright: :icon_thumright:.

They look well smart and are really comfortable....much better than the  old Supertechs that I have had for about 6 years now.

Makes a change getting good service these days

Would recommend Hein Gerike to anyone :icon_thumright:

Got the original Supertechs as soon as they were out over 6 years ago.

They have seen me through 1000s of miles of various types of riding and the only real wear was on the soles....One now has a hole in it.

Got them repaired for free a couple of years ago as one of the inner boots stiching was comeing undone. A dealer sent them off to Alpinestars in Italy to get them sorted.

Top quality kit as always from Alpinestars. :icon_thumright:

I had the original boots they were comfy as you like but they didn't crash well the back zip come undone  :dontknow:

the new ones have a side zip and a clip lock strap ... they are wider in the toes for a comfier fit and the left inner part is smooth so does catch on you rearset plate  :icon_thumright:

Very nice...I've always rated Gericke....they're brilliant!

Last Xmas, my missus bought me full winter kit, from Gerickes.  It was last minute thing, via a phonecall from work  but wouldn't have made it to the shop before it closed for Xmas.  SO they guy met her on her  way home (he even brought his missus so she'd feel safe).  Now that is quality.

Big Thumbs Up  :icon_thumleft:
