mikey,i fitted my bike with goodridge braided lines.i dont think there is any difference between them.gave  my brakes more responce also the feel you get is much better.i fit braided to all my bikes i've had

Yeah they work pretty well, but on a bike that's had a couple of thousand miles hammering. I got a 3 line set of HEL hoses from this guy for 50 quid, well recommended and his customer service is absolutely outstanding

I've got them,Goodridge lines and Brembo 19x20 m/c with EBC HH pads TOTALLY transformed the braking no end!!

if any of you get brake fade on trackdays braided lines will bring this on quicker as theres no give in the line also stay away from the anodized stuff as this can weaken the metal & this came from a goodridge rep ive got braided lines on mine with a variable pvm master cylinder not realy gave it a good hammering yet but over the winter the feedback you get is awesome & im going to albecete for 3 days on track this month so al tell you how good or bad it is when i get back ok

yeah, as far as i know anodized aluminium is not road legal, cos it's a soft metal, and has been known to crack under pressure ( a bit like jade goody)

i had some of those fittings on a bike once with the blue/red ends and yep they cracked, not under pressure but just woth water sitting in the fitting and corrosion. It wasn't noticeable as they looked like brand new only on close inspection could you see the hairline crack (cue rude jokes) ;-) , then under pressure they can and do split. fuck knows why earls etc created brake lines with alloy ends anyhow !  [whistle]

i use them...and added dot 5 brake fluid as well...i noticed better braking and no brake fade when it's hot ...i give it thumbs up :icon_thumright:

Was told when I picked up the bike from kawaski that the best value for money improvement to make to the bike would be braided hoses.

Should really get round to doing it some time then shouldn't I?
