more good news....

just got the go ahead on the new hub....no more ifs just a few signatures and we are away....now for a lot of new business.....now really am thinking about the next toys....will have to wait until july likely as i have a lot of cash to pay out but its damn good news...

need 80,000 cubic feet of hardcore any one got any spare....
