thats from this server to america .... over gigabit Firbe .....

Nah with modern compression algorithms and packet prioritization you can work with latencies up to around 800 milliseconds before you reaklly start to have troubles.  Its not ideal of course but its workable... handling voice over satellite links works a treat... latency can be handled....

What you do then Glen....we are currently looking at Node4 as a VOIP provider for our customers....

ahh its all made clear now,,,voips are very good at talking to satalites arnt they.i think 9000 kmz upstation zebra is
all you need to interstella with the xrt45 sat in the primary orbit.
