Well, seeing as a few of us here has ordered stuff from suppliers and the like and are still waiting and banging our heads wth frustration, I'd like to vent me spleen about R & G. Shower of shit!

Order a radiator guard on the 22nd of march, then after 7 days nothing, seeing as they'd taken the money from my account. So I give it another 3 days 'cause I'm nice.  Phone them up and the bloke says they're made to order and the M.D. is going to parcel force to pick them up to send me mine, "exellent" says I, and wait the two days he said it'll take to get to me. 3 fucking days and nothing, so phone them again and get "sorry, the M.D. got there and the deliverly wasn't there to pick up, they are made to order, so I'll contact production and ask them what is going on, it should be with you after the weekend".
Weekend comes and goes, then by mid-week still fuck all. Give it another week, then give them another ring yesterday though this time get fobbed off with "I'm really sorry, I don't know whats happened there, let me call production again" so he puts me on hold and comes back with "prodution are flat out, we promise it will be dispatched by wednesday next week" So I ask him why they took the money before the goods were despatched and he couldn't answer that. Sounds to me that the last time I phoned, he realised that 'production' hadn't yet been give the job card to produce my order. In a word - PANTS.  :BangHead:

Shit Jay that ain't good. I didn't have a problem with mine. But then I ordered in January maybe 'Production' was quieter. Hope you get sorted dude. Keep hounding them.

i deal with them all the time and i get the same shit with almost all orders. just think they have bitten of to much dealing with trade and retail,

... well its not all bad news, but I've had more than my share o wi' Kwak HQ ......BUT ordered my tyres yesterday,

thursday PM  2:30... got  knocked me out o bed this morning at 7 30 !!! wi' a pair tyres on the doorstep, well suited !

Sorry to hear that mate about R&G..

When I introduced my 10 to the asphalt near my house last year ;-)  I rang R&G to get a replacement bungs and stuff, and they were first rate.  Really helpful on the phone and they got me to check which bits I needed and said "Well throw you a near bit in too just in case".  Next day delivery and was all fitted within 36hrs from phoning em. 

Still shit though mate, and make sure you tell em how pissed off you are and ask for some free stuff  :whip2:
