Check with a specialist about the liability. My brother in law works for a big insurance company and he has said in the past that those "at own risk" notices are worthless if you pursue it. If its prvate and they let you park there then legally they have to ensure its safe. If its at work then try the  "safe access and egress" and "safe place of work". Employers responsibility starts the moment you step onto the property. Even in some cases on the journey into work. Call a solicitor (not that sort Florence ) and see if you can chase it.

I did some thing like that with my 600 at 1 mph in morrisons carpark .     there was a dip in the car park and my leg s couldnt reach the ground

Well the damage cauesd by it has now been put back to same or better than before as it was the damaged side from an off last year.

I'm going to make it known that I'm not happy but will take it on the chin this time.

I have today noticed that they have dug a trench across a corner of the lane that allows access to another area of parking.  It has been left with a chippings covering, so if it happens again I'll be kicking some management arses.
