Skye is off now mate, got booked into in the evening session at Knockhill so i will head up another time. Portree is far enough in  unless staying over. Usually go up 3-4 times a year, got as far as Invergarry last week, but it is a long  haul in 1 day. Just hope the good weather holds out.  :headbang:
Cheers.

I was just up the west coast this weekend.  We stayed overnight in Gairloch, the roads are cracking up there, my fave has to be the Kyle road then the bit between Loch Carron and Gairloch where you can just top out the bike, great fun  :-P

Got all seasons of weather on the way back though, rain, hail and sleet

Nope its Gairloch, kinda in between Skye and Ullapool.

I've heard of folk getting ticks on the west coast walk thing.... yuk !!  No chance of getting them on the bikes

I was up at Gairloch couple of weekends back with the missus and the little un. Stayed in a croft and got snowed in. Can't wait to get back up on the bike though, stunning. Good road on the way back is A832 to Achnasheen then A980 through Glen Carron, outstanding.  :icon_thumright:

Nice one,
I will be in the novice evening session. It is full with 30 riders, the advanced is a bit quieter I think but didn't want to risk it, only had just over an hour on track, and that was on a ZX7r.
I'll be the bloke with the green 07, and 'I'm shittin' it' look alll over me face.  :-(
I will try to get up early and see if I can get grant racing to set up suspension. Never had it done, but I'm told it's worth it's weight in gold.
