think its a bit harsh just to slag someone off on price mate.....

its like BMW they charge more for BMW servicing ..... and they are probably no better than the guys doing it in the non BMW garages ... but they front it with customer guarantees and also warranties 

anyway ... like Majic says ask them for a break down and if they don't give it ... just say how can you justify the extra 70 quid compared to the other place ... see if they give you the ....

we give you this level or service etc etc ... if they don't then you know where to go

not harsh mate , the only thing they are good for is new bike prices , i knew one of the head mechanics there a very good friend, the stories he told me werent good thats one of the reasons he left.
believe me they dont offer anything more than any other main dealer , what they believe in is beacause they think theyre the biggest bike dealer in europe thats what you should pay the privelage for.

I'll do a second service for free for ya .... 

expect to have oil all over ya belly pan all ya fairing bolts to be striped and for me not to check anything over on ya bike 

sounds like a top tool mong service to me

Mate is a  BMW Mtec mechanic. He says most of the lads there aren't interested in doing the courses, learning more etc . All they want to do is basic services (oil & filter changes) so you are paying through the nose for nothing special.

no ..... I aint.... I am paying through the nose to know that I have a service provided by a reputable company that will back up the work with a guarantee and most parts with warranties 

I understand that the guys in there are not much if not at all any better than anywhere else.... but I also pay to keep the value on my car.... full bmw service M3 same year and milage as mine is going for over 22000 without full BMW service history you will get one between 15000 and 20000

services are every 15 thou or 1 year mate  and they are not always the same service you have inspection 1 2 or oil service .... oil service is 130 last time i did it
