yes am ready for bed now....for sure...its the early morning start that kills me...

Silverstone is a big track...was hard to remember it and keep to the racing line but I enjoyed getting used to it...think the R1 was the right bike for that track...if i had been in the mood to floor it it would have been a lot more fun,...only ever got the speedo up to 170 down the long straight (not the start straight the other one)...missed the briefing as well so dont know the names....

Hey yes it was good to meet some of you guys,  and thanks for the tips Glen most helpfuil indeed...cant wait until the next time...gonna have a days tuition on the 24th at brands and then doing the LB track day on the 29th...am going to improve my style to increase my speed but whilst going safely...if thats possible...

Will have the 7 done by then though...will see how she is running and decide if i really need a more up to date machine......

can never have too many bikes...except I have too many projects...am determined to get going with them this year....once the 7 is sorted then I will go onto the others...most are running but I bought a bunch to do up...and you know the story, put in the shed never to be seen again....actually its not many but i am too busy...and I have too many sheds...

Well ,

what an awesome day had by all - good to meet everyone ( still reckon Florence shoulda taken the 12 out on track  :shock: )
The Tuono never missed a beat and am loking forward to a few more TD's in the summer - maybe get the crew back together that did Silvers last August as yesterday was quite poorly represented by us - outnumbered 5 to 1 by the MCNinjas guys ( and we can't have that can we  :roll: )

should have taken the day off today though coz I am REALLY struggling to walk  - only need a Gold suit and you would mistake me for C3PO  [rofl]

Glad everyone came away unscathed from our lot ( couldn't say the same for the Gixxer 750 who binned in front of me and totalled  :shock: - that'll teach him for carving me up on the inside  :mad: )

Here's looking forward to the next one  :headbang:

Good day had by all i think!

Shame the pics of the day wherent really in the right position if you know that i mean, i wanted some more of the quick left hander after the bridge and more of the braking zones, i want to get a pic of me lifting the back wheel while the front is ploughing into the tarmac!

yeah mate you were going some that session when you carbed through about 7 people in 1 was quick I tried to tow but wasn't as ruthless  :emb:

I should of come out with you more could of learn a thing or 2  :icon_thumright:
